Your continued use of the Properties means that you consent to the privacy practices set forth in this Privacy Policy.
1. Managing Your Information Preferences
We will not disclose Personal Information (as defined below) to third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your consent. If, after providing consent, you want to opt out of having your Personal Information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes, please let us know by sending us an email at contact@immobaleares.eu. Please be sure to include your full name, email address, mailing address, and specifically state that you do not want your personal information shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Additionally, you will have an opportunity to unsubscribe from receiving promotional material from B24 REAL ESTATE INTERNATIONAL PLC by clicking on an “unsubscribe” hyperlink contained in promotional emails we send you. 2. Information We Collect
Personal Information
On some of our Properties, we may collect information that personally identifies you, such as your name, zip code, e-mail, address, age, credit card and billing information, or other personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) when you request information from us, enter in or participate in our Promotions (as defined below), vote in polls, complete surveys or otherwise express an opinion, subscribe to one of our services such as our online newsletters, participate in one of our online forums or communities, make purchases, register on a Property, and at other times when we give you the opportunity to provide us Personal Information. The decision to provide this information to us is optional. However, if you choose not to provide the requested information, you may not be able to use some of the features of our Properties.
Online Tracking
Our Properties do not respond to web browser “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of Personal Information about an individual consumer’s online activities over time.
Information About Others
Some of our Properties may allow you to (i) submit information about other people, such as their name, e-mail, zip code, address, information about their interest in and use of various content, products, programs and services, and other information, and/or (ii) invite friends to join the Properties and to connect with you through our social media pages associated with Social Networking Sites (as defined below). We may collect any such information submitted or shared by you. The decision to provide such information is optional.
Usage Data and Activity on the Properties
When your computer, tablet, mobile device or any other device contacts our web servers (for example, when you visit any Property, scan a QR code, or view an HTML e-mail), some of our Properties may collect information in connection with the actions you take on the Properties (“Usage Data”). For example, each time you use a Property we may collect the type of Web browser you use, your operating system, your Internet Service Provider, your IP address, the pages you view, your media access control (MAC) address, your mobile carrier, your mobile Internet browsers, your location information, and the time and duration of your visits to the Property. 3. How We Use Information and When We May Share and Disclose Information Generally
Use of Information
We use Personal Information for internal purposes, such as to improve the Properties, to fulfil requests for products and services, to notify you of new products or services, and to otherwise communicate with you about B24 REAL ESTATE INTERNATIONAL PLC and our affiliated companies. We may use Usage Data for several purposes, such as system administration, to report aggregate information to our business partners or to audit and monitor the use of the Properties. We may associate your Usage Data with the Personal Information you provide. We may disclose to third parties certain Usage Data regarding the Properties. Disclosure of Information
Third-Party Providers. From time to time, we may establish a business relationship with other businesses whom we believe trustworthy and who have confirmed that their privacy practices are consistent with ours (“Third-Party Providers”). For example, we may contract with Third-Party Providers to provide certain services, such as hosting and maintenance, data storage and management, credit-card processing, ecommerce fulfilment and shipping, and marketing and promotions. We only provide our Third-Party Providers with the information necessary for them to perform these services on our behalf. Each Third-Party Provider must agree to use commercially reasonable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information involved in order to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Third-Party Providers are prohibited from using Personal Information other than as specified by B24 REAL ESTATE INTERNATIONAL PLC.
Joint Offerings.
We may provide services jointly with other companies. In some cases, in order to facilitate such services, it may be necessary to share your Personal Information with such other companies. Before we do so, we will identify the partner, present the joint service provider’s privacy policy to you before you use that service, and obtain consent to share your Personal Information.
Advertisers.
Some of our Properties may work with third-party advertisers, search providers and ad networks (“Advertisers”). Sweepstakes, Contests and Other Promotions. On some of our Properties, you may choose to enter a contest, sweepstakes or other promotion (each, a “Promotion”), your Personal Information may be disclosed to third parties in connection with such Promotion, including without limitation, for purposes of posting your entry with attribution (or otherwise as permitted in the official rules), fulfilling your prize or including your name on a winners list. Also, by entering a Promotion, we may require you to consent to the use of your Personal Information or other information, such as name, voice or likeness, in advertising, promotional and marketing materials. In addition, we may offer a Promotion sponsored by or co-branded with a third party, who may obtain the Personal Information that you submit.
Affiliated Entities and Successors.
We may share Personal Information and Usage Data with businesses controlling, controlled by, or under common control with B24 REAL ESTATE INTERNATIONAL PLC. If B24 REAL ESTATE INTERNATIONAL PLC is merged, acquired, or sold, or in the event of a transfer of some or all of our assets, we may disclose or transfer Personal Information and Usage Data in connection with such transaction. You will have the opportunity to opt out of any such transfer if, in our reasonable judgment, the new entity plans to handle your information in a way that differs materially from this Privacy Policy.
Legal Disclosures.
B24 REAL ESTATE INTERNATIONAL PLC cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We may disclose Personal Information (and any other information about you or content posted or transmitted by you through the Properties) to government or law enforcement officials or private parties if, in our discretion, we believe it is necessary or appropriate in order to respond to legal requests (including court orders and subpoenas), to protect the safety, property or rights of B24 REAL ESTATE INTERNATIONAL PLC or of any third party, to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity, or to comply with the law.
4. External Links
The Properties may contain links to, or advertisements about, non-Livento websites, applications or other properties (“Other Sites”). Other Sites may also reference, advertise, or link to the Properties. B24 REAL ESTATE INTERNATIONAL PLC does not endorse or sponsor Other Sites and we are not responsible and will have no liability for the privacy practices or the content of Other Sites. The practices described in this Privacy Policy do not apply to information gathered through Other Sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of every website that you visit and to be aware of those websites, applications or other properties that do not have published privacy policies or make them available in hard to find places.
5. Third Party Services and Applications
Some of our Properties may enable you to access third-party services, social media sites, plug-ins and applications, such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, or other social networks (each a “Social Networking Site”) and/or connect your accounts from such Social Networking Sites with the Properties by an application programming interface (API) or other software. When you do so, you may be able to import information from and share content, including Personal Information, with those Social Networking Sites. Some of those Social Networking Sites may also provide us with information from your accounts (e.g., photographs, gender, birthday, location, your “friends” list, people you follow and/or who follow you, your posts and “likes” and Usage Data), which may enable us to enhance and personalize your use of the Properties (e.g., so that you can follow your friends’ activity on a Social Networking Site). By allowing us to connect from some of our Properties with your accounts on Social Networking Sites, you consent to our accessing the information in those accounts. You likewise consent to our publishing on such Properties any such information or actions you take on such other Social Networking Sites. Certain plug-ins and applications of Social Networking Sites may collect information about you or your activities. Any information you share with or that is collected by such Social Networking Sites will be subject to their privacy policies and your privacy settings for such services. 6. Sharing Information with Others
Whenever you share information on a publicly available page or via comments, discussion boards, or any other public forum on the Properties, or when you interact with our Properties through any Social Networking Site, that information may be accessed by others. In addition, when you share information in any other communications with third parties, including information in direct messages to other users, that information may be passed along or made public by others. This means that anyone with access to such information can potentially use it for any purpose, including sending you unsolicited communications. We reserve the right to monitor your communications with others conducted through the Properties, as well as the right to monitor and respond to your communications on our social media pages associated with any Social Networking Site. 7. Security
B24 REAL ESTATE INTERNATIONAL PLC recognizes the importance of safeguarding the confidentiality of your Personal Information. Accordingly, we employ commercially reasonable measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure and use. However, no data transmission over the Internet or other network is 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect information transmitted on or through the Properties, we cannot and do not guarantee the security of any information you transmit on or through the Properties, and you do so at your own risk.
8. Children’s Privacy
Except as described below, we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. (For purposes of this section, “Personal Information” includes not only the information described above, but other information such as a photo, video or audio file containing a child’s image or voice, geolocation information sufficient to identify a street name and city or town, a persistent identifier, or other information about a child or parent that is collected from a child in combination with any other Personal Information.)
If we become aware that we have inadvertently received Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete such information from our records. In general, we recommend that minors 13 years of age or older ask their parents for permission before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet.
From time to time, we may intentionally collect Personal Information from children on Properties directed towards children under the age of 13. With respect to such Properties, this section of this Privacy Policy will apply and in the event of any conflict between this section and the rest of this Privacy Policy, this section will control.
When we intentionally collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13 on such Properties, we will do so in accordance with applicable law, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, and we will take certain precautions to protect children’s privacy:
When necessary, we will obtain consent from parents or guardians for the collection of Personal Information from their children or, if applicable, for sending information about our products and services directly to children.
When we seek such consent, we will notify parents or guardians about our privacy policies with regard to such collection, including the types of Personal Information to be collected from children, how we will use that information, and whether and how we may share that information with others.

Some of our Properties directed towards children under the age of 13 may collect persistent identifiers such as cookies. However, persistent identifiers collected on our Properties that may be directed towards children under the age of 13 will only be used for the internal operations of that Property.

9. Processing in the European Union
The Properties are operated solely in the European Union. Your Personal Information and communications may be transferred to and maintained on servers or databases located outside your state, province, or country. If you are located outside of the European Union, the laws of the European Union may not be as protective of your privacy as those in your location. By using our Properties, you agree that the collection, use, transfer, and disclosure of your Personal Information and communications will be governed by the applicable laws in the European Union.
10. Choice of Law
This Privacy Policy, including all revisions and amendments thereto, is governed by the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), tailored by the Data Protection Act 2018, without regard to conflict or choice of law principles that would require application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
11.Privacy Policy Changes
From time to time, we may change this Privacy Policy. If we decide to change this Privacy Policy, we will inform you by posting the revised Privacy Policy on the Properties that link to it. Those changes will go into effect on the effective date shown in the revised Privacy Policy. Your continued use of our Properties constitutes your consent to the revised Privacy Policy.
